Announcements Out of the Cold
program is looking for musicians for Monday nights 5-6 p.m. for the

416-964-3308 MC Canada Finance Update:
The financial picture has improved considerably compared to information
released at the end of January. Thank-you to the generous supporters
who have responded to MC Canada's year-end appeal. The 2004-05
fiscal year ended with a donation shortfall of $118,091. A preliminary
financial report suggests that due to lower than anticipated expenses,
MC Canada will not incur a deficit. A comprehensive financial report
will be presented to councils and boards at the Leadership Assembly,
March 3-5. Financial plans are being finalized for 2005-06. Your continued
prayers and support are encouraged, so that God's healing and hope
flow through us to the world. Camp 2005 Summer
is coming. Camp 2005 brochures & registration forms are in rack

Toronto Brass Ensemble presents a concert for Indonesia. Conducted
by Fred Rizner, former Principal Horn, Toronto Symphony Orchestra,
featuring brass music performed by members of the TSO brass. Admission
is by donation with all proceeds going to Mennonite Central Committee's
tsunami relief & rebuilding project sin Indonesia. Organized by
former MCCer in Indonesia, Danielle Buckwalter, and TSO Principal

You are invited to the fifth annual Bechtel Lectures in Anabaptist-Mennonite
Studies at Conrad Grebel University College on March
16 and 17, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. Dr. Fernando Enns, professor
at Heidelberg University in Germany, will address the theme, "Mennonites:
A Peace Church in Conversation." Admission is free and details
are posted on the bulletin board. Mennonite and Brethren
Marriage Encounter is a chance for couples to make time for
each other; reviewing their covenant with each other, God, and the

MVS Committee and Danforth Mennonite Church would like to welcome
Walter Eid, who will be staying at Mennohouse until July 2005. He
is with the MCC International Visitors Exchange Program (IVPER). Walter
is from Bolivia and he will be serving with Circles of Support and
Accountability. Relief kits MCC
Ontario is asking every congregation in Ontario to collect at least
10 relief kits before the end of February. List of kit contents
is posted on the bulletin board. Please bring contents and put them
in the white basket by Sunday Feb 20th.

renting a bus for transportation to Charlotte. MCEC would like to
know if there is any interest from our congregation in this type of
transportation to Charlotte? If you are interested, please call
the church office and let Carolyn know as soon as possible so
MCEC can look into cost and the number of buses they would need to

broader church for support as they reach out to neighbours who have
been affected by the recent tsunamis and will likely be living in
camps for up to a year. The Indonesian Mennonite churches are collecting
2,000 relief kits, and they have requested another 20,000 relief kits
from North America European Anabaptist churches. MCC Ontario is
asking every congregation in Ontario to collect at least 10 relief
kits before the end of February. For a list of kit contents, see
